I worked with Mike Owen, he was great! I had an issues with this horrible contractor, he’s one of the worst human beings I’ve ever come in contact with. Long story short, the contractor was trying to short change me. I ended up putting a lien on his property which didn’t do much, hired an attorney and then creating a additional invoice for work that was done plus attorney fees, lien fees, lien removal fees. I put a second lien on the property, still no response so I sent him to collections. Interestingly enough, once he was in collections (what he originally owed me has now doubled) it caught his attention. The collections agency is having a sit down meeting with the clients attorney sometime this week. I highly recommend!
